Life Can Just Be

Life Can Just Be

Be easy.
Be still.
Come what will.
Pause.
Rest.
Just be.

Here.
Let it keep going –
whatever will be.
The future is not for us to see.

See,
I have no idea where this journey of mine
may take me.
All I know is:
my journey is about love,
persistence in being me.

Sitting with loss and grief,
joy and comfort,
peace and relief.
Surrounded by nature and calm,
I allow life
to be
just as it is.

Be.
It doesn’t have to be hard,
over-complicated, draining.
Life can just be:
present,
simple,
beautiful.
